From time to time we have an abundance of pork or just and abundance of a particular cut. When this happens we make available some bulk value packages. In these packages the pork will be vacuum packaged as usual in the individual serving sizes. We just assimilate several packages together to reach the appropriate weight for the particular bulk package. Common bulk packages are described below, but may or may not be available at any point in time.
Pastured Pork Assortment - $180 - A 30 pound box of pork containing approximately:

4 lbs ground pork
6 lbs pork chops
3 lbs rib rack
5 lbs pork roast
