Peaches, canning- 25 Pounds

Yellow Peaches- with yellow flesh, and a slightly acidic tang, these juicy peaches are delicious.
White Peaches- sweeter with a smoother texture than yellow peaches are also juicy and amazing.
Brian Heatherington at Beech Creek Farm is a good friend of ours, and he grows some amazing peaches. He uses a process called Integrated Pest management (IPM). This process indicates that he will use organic methods to control pests as a first line of defense. In the instance that the pest pressure is to great for the organic methods to control, he will spray with a very judicious and minimal use of chemicals. In the south growing totally organic peaches are a near impossibility, and we feel like Brians' peaches are the next best thing. Not to mention that they are local and raised by a farmer that also raises organic vegetables.
Peaches are sold in 25 pound boxes.
* Canning quality, small not perfect peaches.
