Twice each month, they transport 100% fresh, raw milk from the Berry College Dairy in Rome Georgia to the creamery in Roopville. Udderly Cool Cheeses contain no preservatives, antibiotics, artificial ingredients or colors and will always be the color of the milk from which they are crafted. Heating of the milk is minimal, pasteurizing gently, using the low-temp vat pasteurization method.
Udderly Cool Gouda is rich, thick, creamy and sliceable. Aged a minimum of 3 months, the cheese wheels are hand-dipped into a pot of bright red wax. It is creamy and deliciously gooey when melted.
