From time to time we have an abundance of beef or just and abundance of a particular cut. When this happens we make available some bulk value packages. In these packages the beef will be vacuum packaged as usual in the individual serving sizes. We just assimilate several packages together to reach the appropriate weight for the particular bulk package. Common bulk packages are described below, but may or may not be available at any point in time.
